Getting your items to us
You can drop off at an agreed point, or book a collection from your address across most of the United Kingdom. Collections are arranged when you book — tell us on the quote form and we will confirm a window.
Cut-off times
Air freight leaves weekly. Anything with us by 5pm on Monday makes that week’s flight. Sea freight loads monthly and closes on the last Friday of the month.
Christmas
December is the busiest month on this route every year without exception. For arrival before Christmas, sea freight must be with us by 30 September and air freight by 5 December. After those dates we will still ship, but we will not promise a Christmas arrival.
Packing
Pack as though the box will be handled a dozen times, because it will be. Barrels are available on request. Label the outside with the receiver’s name and Nigerian phone number — not just yours.
