What we agree to
We quote a transit window, not a guaranteed date. Customs, weather and airline capacity are outside our control, and anybody promising otherwise is guessing.
Prohibited items
Cash, gold, jewellery, weapons, drugs, flammable liquids, aerosols, fresh food, plants, live animals and counterfeit goods are not accepted under any circumstances. If they are found in a shipment they are removed and may be seized by customs.
Customs and duty
Duty is charged by the destination authority and is payable separately. Commercial goods need an invoice — send it with the booking and clearance is faster.
Liability
Items are carried at owner’s risk unless insurance is arranged in advance. Ask for cover when you book if the contents are valuable.
Payment
Payment is confirmed before goods are loaded. Naira prices follow the exchange rate on the day of booking.
