This page explains what VivyQuestWorld Logistics does with the information you give us when you ask for a quote, book a shipment, or send us a parcel.
Who we are
VivyQuestWorld Logistics moves cargo by air and sea between the United Kingdom and Nigeria, and handles deliveries, waybills and errands within Nigeria. Our office in Nigeria is at 5 Alade Close, Off Odoolowu, Ijesha Surulere, Lagos. What we collect
When you fill in the quote form on this website, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to give us. That is normally your name, your phone number or email address, where the shipment is coming from and going to, and a description of what you are sending along with its weight.
When you actually ship with us we also collect the sender’s and receiver’s full addresses, and any identification or declaration that customs requires for that shipment.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details to work out a price, to book space with an airline or shipping line, to prepare the waybill and manifest, to get your goods through customs, to arrange collection and delivery, and to keep you updated while your shipment is moving.
Who else sees it
Moving cargo across a border means some of your details have to travel with the goods. We share what is necessary with airlines and shipping lines, with customs and border authorities in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, with ground handling agents, and with the courier or driver making the final delivery. We share the minimum each of them needs, and we do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Declarations
Customs law in both countries requires an accurate description of what is inside every shipment. The declaration you give us is passed on as given. Please make sure it is correct.
How long we keep it
We keep shipping and accounting records for as long as tax and customs rules in Nigeria and the United Kingdom require us to. Quote enquiries that never turn into a shipment are kept only while they are still useful, and then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email vivyquestworld@gmail.com and tell us what you need. We will not charge you for this.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics that follow you to other sites. WordPress may set a technical cookie if a member of our team signs in to manage the site.
